With more than thirty-five years in the frontline of people management across Australia, Michael founded Connect Group in 2009/10 (commencing in the labour hire sector in the mid 1980’s), specifically to promote and be a leader in assisting our horticulture and broader agriculture sectors by embracing a new federal government international labour mobility pilot which has become a real solution to an old labour supply problem. Michael is also a co-founder and past Chair of the A.E.A, current and past member of numerous DEWR / DFAT / Industry consultative and advisory groups, being consulted by academics, industry and other stakeholders is further acknowledgement of Connect Groups status.
